Moixa Technology is incorpated in the UK and is privately held, by Moixa Energy Holdings, founders and private investors. 

The company was spun out of our R&D company: Moixa Energy Holdings at the start of 2010, and completed additional early stage investment tranches in 2010 alongside grant awards for R&D, notably:

• TSB Smart Meters - an £870k collaborative project led by Moixa Technology
• Eurostar Eureka - a £500k collaborative European project led by Moixa Technology

The company is currently (summer 2011) undertaking a further private investment tranche, and additional grant activity, and plans to raise a further £3.5-5m+ over the next 12-18 months from venture capital/strategic or private sources.
