This case study shows a Moixa Smart DC system applied to a Community Centre to power a small office, reception and lobby area. The system is powered from a PV panel and back-up battery as well as back-up mains, and powers office computers/monitors, and LED batten lighting. The system also provides smart energy management over the building.

This site demonstrates a Moixa Smart DC system installation in a community centre to power a small office, lobby and reception area.The aim of the installation is to show the benefit of changing lighting over to a DC circuit with LED battens, and a Smart DC network powered from PV and night charged batteries, to power computing devices and office peripherals.
The system also tracks overall energy consumption over the part of the building, to provided energy usage analysis and recommendations on interventions.
